You can conveniently upload your documents directly from your myHF area; alternatively you can also scan them and send them to backoffice@hfm.com
Your documents will be checked by the verifications department within 48 hours. Kindly note, any deposits will be credited to the account only after your documents have been approved and your myHF area is fully activated.
You can easily view your trading history via your myHF area.
Log in to your account
Click on the gear icon next to the trading account you wish to view the history of
Choose Performance for full history
Scroll down to view your Trading Activity
Click on the Export button to download the report
Choose Trades to view the history of a specific period (up to 3 months)
Select the required Period and click on View
Click on the Export button to download the report
